When the lovely Kaari of The Sommer Home approached me to photograph her home for the Christmas season, I was thrilled! As a lover of interior design myself, I love to follow local designers, and I have been following her page since I moved to Oregon. She decorates her home with a beautiful blend of textures and tones, adopting a somewhat modern farmhouse style with her own flair, and it was perfectly decorated for the holidays when I came to shoot. Her account is clean with a lot of whites, so I photographed accordingly, with a hint of my beloved saturated colors here and there!
