Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Show up on time for sessions

• Review contracts and galleries in a timely manner
• Provide accurate contact information

Image Usage & Copyright

• MKP retains the copyright to all photographs created unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
• Clients receive a usage license as described in the photography contract (typically personal use for families, commercial use for brands).
• Images may not be altered with filters or edits without permission, unless outlined in your contract.

Portfolio Use

MKP may share client photos in portfolios, marketing materials, or social media only with your consent.
You can decline image use when booking.

Digital Products & Downloads (if applicable)

• All digital products are non-refundable.
• Unauthorized sharing or reselling of digital files is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver high-quality services, MKP is not liable for:
• Website downtime
• Losses resulting from third-party platforms
• Situations beyond our control (weather, emergencies, technical failures)

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
